SEE ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS ON REVERSE SIDE OF EVERY WORK ORDER This quotation supersedes all prior agreements and shall be binding between Pioneer and the contractor whose name appears below if accepted within 30 days of the date appearing below. Pioneer assumes NO responsibility for the concrete that is unpumpable or dispatched to the job-site BEFORE pump arrives at the job-site. We recommend the contractor wait until the pump arrives on the job-site before concrete is released. See additional terms and conditions on reverse side of every work order. TERMS: NET UPON RECEIPT. Past due accounts are charged a 1.5% service charge per month on the unpaid balance. This is an annual rate of 18%. All costs of collection including reasonable attorney's fees and any lien changes will also be charged.
